Your ticket is valid for 24 hours so you have plenty of time to explore the city individually. Explore the pulsating metropolis on the Rhine as you stroll through the Königsallee or walk along the Rhine's waterfront. See Castle Square and admire the Rhine Tower or the Japanese Garden.

The roof was down despite the very sunny weather. Also we could not WiFi reception to enable to produce our QR code meant we had to pay again for the tour. We complained to our rep on the cruise but he said it was a third party charge and nothing could be done. However it transpires WD paid our fees to TUI not the third party therefore they could have spoken on our behalf. I will be querying this with by Credit Card Company

Nothing wrong with the bus or audio system which worked well. There was just not much to see though it was Boxing Day after all. A few cafes were open as well as McDonalds but that was about it. Only 7 stops as well which I thought was a bit poor. Before travelling I contacted the HOHO company direct to check that they were still running a full service on Boxing Day and they responded very quickly and effeciently.

I use a wheelchair and he wouldn’t lower the bus. So the ramp was very steep and very scary to go up and down.
