Unser Guide war humorvoll und vor allem ein versierter Bootsfahrer, was in den engen Höhlen und bei viel Verkehr wichtig ist. Bei der Bestätigung des Ausflugs bzw. beim Voucher ist ein falscher Treffpunkt auf der Karte markiert. Zudem fehlt die Info, dass der Ausflug von einem beauftragten Anbieter (Carvoeiro Boat Trip oder so ähnlich) durchgeführt wird und dort das Online-Ticket am Schalter umgetauscht wird.
