Santorini has been blessed with some striking scenery, and there's no better vantage point than from the sea. Set off from Vlychada Port, and you'll have the south coast's red and white beaches, craggy coastline and volcanic scenery, to one side and the open sea to the other. There's plenty of space to sunbathe on deck, and once your captain reaches Nea Kameni, they'll drop anchor for you to cool off with a swim.

Lunch is served on board, too, so all that's needed is for you to sit back and enjoy every moment. There's plenty of Instagrammable scenery to capture, and the journey back promises even more time to unwind.

The volcanic isles of the caldera are a must-see when in Santorini. On this full-day cruise, you'll climb aboard a wooden sailboat and glide to Nea Kameni, Palea Kameni and Thirassia – the three volcanic islets that breach from the water – and continue along the edge of the caldera.First up is Nea Kameni.
