  • The local operator will send you an email with your entry ticket after booking. If you select the Ticket with Audio Guide option, you'll also receive the activation link for the audio guide as soon as your booking is confirmed
  • The audio guide is compatible with iOS and Android devices and available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Romanian
  • Entrance is free of charge for children under the age of 8
  • The ticket is valid for the whole day. Opening hours: every day from 9 am to 7.30 pm

    Wonderful visit, but wasn't sent QR code in time and had to send texts, while waiting in the rain. Effectively DIDN'T skip the line so lost money for that.

    It’s little bit misleading about skip the line to buy ticket and security line que, not very clear and many people were queening for security without tickets etc. I was expected not to have to wait as long with this ticket but was worth the experience

    Hele mooie ervaring! Fastline-tickets scheelt 1 hele wachtrij. QR code ontbrak op de voucher waardoor de toegang na extra check pas werd geregeld.
