Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. By metro, take the red line to the Burj Khalifa Station. By car, take the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road and proceed through Financial Centre Road to Dubai Mall. Parking is available at Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue car park. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

  • This ticket reduces queueing significantly during the following time slots: 5:00am–12:30pm; 3:00pm–6:00pm; 8:00pm–11:00pm
  • Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
  • For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
  • The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
  • Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

    Der Fast Track war die beste Entscheidung. Wir kamen ohne Wartezeit durch. Auf dem Burj Khalifa war es einfach toll. Der Ausblick wunderbar und ohne Zeitlimit. Ein tolles Erlebnis.

    It’s had great views. Do it was a great experience. Unfortunately we paid for fast track which at time we went was pointless checked in was sent in same line. So I went back to be given a small sticker each to go fast track which came off. Got to front of line and others in other line had gone in lift before us.
