“Het is heel vervelend dat je de Roma Pass enkel in bepaalde punten kunt afhalen. Zo verlies je heel wat kostbare tijd die je anders aan een bezoek kan besteden. We boekten ook het bezoek aan Vaticaanstad via Tui voor zondag 2 juni 2024. Heel jammer was het dat de Vaticaanse musea echter niet open zijn op zondag. Misschien best een functie installeren in jullie boekingssysteem dat je niet kunt boeken als iets niet open is. Zo betaalt voor iets wat niet kan.”
