Prags judiska kvarter, även känt som Josefov, är en av de mest populära turistattraktionerna i staden. Det judiska museet i Prag grundades 1906 av dr Hugo Lieben och dr Augustin Stein och är ett av de äldsta judiska museerna i världen med en omfattande samling av judiska föremål. Dess väggar rymmer 40 000 artefakter, 100 000 böcker och ett arkiv över den tjeckiska judiska församlingens historia. Inträdet till museet inkluderar också sex av de viktigaste judiska monumenten som finns i hela stadsdelen, som gästerna kan besöka alla dagar i veckan utom på lördagar och judiska helgdagar: Maisel-synagogan, spanska synagogan, Klausen-synagogan, Pinkas-synagogan, den gamla judiska kyrkogården och ceremonisalen.
