Beskrivning

Captain Gianni and his crew invite you on board for a sunset cruise to the tip of Kos. There'll be plenty of swimming and aperitif sipping as well as a barbecue on a secluded pebble beach. Watch the sun go down on the shore, then return with the stars above and the twinkling lights of coastal villages passing you by.

This late afternoon cruise has all the ingredients for romance on the island of Kos. You'll embark at Kefalos Bay and set sail along the coast to the tip of the island. Along the way there'll be a swimming stop in turquoise waters as you wait for the sun to do its magic and turn the skies shades of orange and pink.

You'll head to a secluded beach for an apéritif where you'll also be the only guests. Then the barbecue will be lit and a freshly sizzled dinner will be served. Wine will be flowing, the music will fill the air and the crew will invite you to take part in a traditional sirtaki dance as the sun goes down.

The peaceful surroundings and the extensive gardens were soothing for patients."Start off with a guided visit to Kos town and its eye-catching harbour with bobbing boats lined up. Next, step back in time at ancient Asclepeion, which remains one of Greece's most important archaeological sites. Here, you'll have free time to explore and imagine Hippocrates, who was born on the island of Kos, undergoing his medical education at the Asclepeion. Among the attractions are the remains of the world's first hospital, where doctors learned about medicine from Hippocrates, and studied how to treat disease. You'll also visit the mountain village of Zia, which sprawls beneath Mount Dikaios and is best known for traditional architecture and wonderful views of the coast.
