Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled admission time. KidZania is located close to Burj Khalifa, at the 2nd floor of Dubai Mall.

The time slot you select at the moment of booking is to enter Burj Khalifa. The ticket for KidZania is an all-day pass
Inside Burj Khalifa, personal handbags and purses are allowed, while shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
Inside Burj Khalifa, for your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
At KidZania, your children can choose from 80 technical or creative professions, experiencing hands-on what it’s like to work in their chosen fields
