Att göra – New Green Vault
Dresdens nya gröna valv är en del av Grenvalvet, ett museum som har Europas största skattkollektion. Här fokuseras varje enskilt objekt i neutrala rum, varav en är den största gröna diamanten som någonsin hittats.
De fascinerande föremålen tillverkade av guld, silver, emalj, ädelstenar, elfenben, kokosnötter och strutsägg visas i glaskärl och moderna belysningstekniker låter dem lysa maximalt.
Ett av de många mästerverk som väntar på dig är Daphne-trofén med ett korallhuvud, inspirerat av Ovids berättelse om nymfen Daphne som förvandlades till ett vikträd för att undvika att försöka närma sig gud Apollo.
