Att göra – Rembrandts husmusem
Huset till den främsta konstnären från 1600-talet ligger nära Chinatown i Amsterdam och strax bakom Red Light District, i närheten av Waterlooplein. Här mellan 1639 och 1659. Hela huset har renoverats med möbler, konst och varor från den tiden, ingenting saknas: hans arbetsrum, hans rum och hans konst. Huset berättar historien om Rembrandt som person, konstnär, lärare, samlare, affärsman och medborgare i Amsterdam. 1998 byggdes en modern bilaga intill Amsterdam Rembrandt-huset. Tillsammans är dessa två byggnader idag ett museum för Rembrandts liv och verk.
