Explore the temple of Horus at Edfu and Esna Temple on this full-day guided tour from Luxor. On booking you can select either a private or shared tour.

First, you´ll head to the temple of Horus, located 110km south of Luxor. Pass stunning views of Egyptian villages, banana fields and sugarcane plantations on the way. Once at the temple, discover the hieroglyphics that tell the story of Osiris, Horus, Isis, and Seth.

After that, you´ll visit the Graeco-Roman Temple of Esna. The site is located over 25 feet below ground level, you´ll take the stairs down into the temple and admire the magnificent architecture with its well-preserved hypostyle room.

Pass by Esna Lock on your way back, an important site on the River Nile.
