Ich wurde direkt nach dem Ausstieg vom Flugzeug abgeholt. Die sehr freundliche. Mitarbriterin hat mein Visum besorgt, mich durch den Flughafen geleitet, Gepäckabholung, Zoll alles sehr schnell, einfach, ohne sucgen und ohne anstehen. Sue ga mich bis zum Transfer vebracht

We had a good experience with the young lady who guided us through the airport but the young man who helped us with our luggage changed us £20. We thought this was all included with the price but he said not and would not give us our luggage until we had paid. Very disappointing
