Follow a self-guided audio tour through one of the oldest cities in Germany, Augsburg. Explore its historic streets and sights.

Starting with Hauptbahnhof in Bahnhofstrasse, you will take a tour around the highlights of the city: visit St. Anne’s Church, learn about the Rathausplatz, and see the most famous fountains, Augustus Fountain, Mercury, and Hercules.

Explore the Augsburg Town Hall, see the Augsburg Cathedral and the Mozartahus. Learn about the Fuggerai, the world's oldest social settlement, a town in the city built in the first half of the 16th century.

Walking through Maximillianstraße you can listen to the incredible story of Fuggerhaus and Schaezlerpalais. Admire the largest religious building of the city, St. Ulrich and Afra, visit the Puppenkiste, and finally, gaze in wonder at the most popular outdoor venue in Germany, the Open Air Theater.
