If there's one must-visit while you're in Kos, it's the volcanic island of Nisyros. Greek legend says it was created from a stone thrown by the god Poseidon. And it's a scenic gem of an hour-long trip that takes you there. Visit Mandraki, Nikia, the Stefanos crater and more.

Once you've docked in the harbour of Mandraki, the island's capital, you'll head to the old village of Nikia on the edge of the Stefanos crater. Lose yourself in the labyrinth of cobbled stoned lanes or find a spot near the crater's edge, where you can feel the heat.

Afterwards, head back to Mandraki. Sugar-cubed houses stretch across this amphitheatre-shaped town, which is in the shadow of a medieval castle and the cliff-side monastery of Panagia Spiliani.

    Opas Maniolis oli huippu. Etukäteen ilmoitettu paluu aika oli 2h aikaisempi mitä todellisuudessa oli. Laiva lähti nisyroseksasta kun olisi oppaan mukaan pitänyt olla perillä hotellilla.

    Viel zu späte Rückkehr!! Totale Verwirrung in der Buszuteilung am Ende der Reise- erst Bus ********** dann Bus **********- keiner wusste mehr wohin und am Ende waren wir im falschen Bus

    Am Ausflug hat uns nicht gefallen, dass der Eintritt zum Krater separat von uns zu bezahlen war und nicht im Ausflugspreis enthalten war. Bei insgesamt 240€ hätte dies dabei sein sollen bzw. Eine Info wäre gut gewesen. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Ausflug mit angenehmer und kompetenter Reiseführerin.

    Vllt. zur Überlegung: Wir sind Schwerhörig und leider haben wir nicht über Kopfhörer verstanden bzw. der Fremdenführer ein Transmitter besorgen für CI und Hörgeräte über bluetooth verbinden, sodass man nicht Kopfhörer tragen muss bzw.wir haben überhaupt nicht verstanden und verstehen können. Auch zur Überlegung, die Hörbehinderung bzw.Gehörlose nicht nach hinten sitzen sondern vorne an 2. Reihe bis 5 . Reihe, damit wir von der Lippe ablesen können.Trotz Reiseleiter mitgeteilt, hat nicht geklappt

    Matkusti perheen kanssa

    Die Tour war sehr informativ und interessant. Wir sind mit 2 Kleinkindern und einem Teenager unterwegs - der Abstieg ist ohne Probleme machbar gewesen, wie auch der Rest der Tour. Die Bootsfahrt dauert ungefähr eine Stunde. Man ist bis ca. 19:30/20 Uhr unterwegs.
