Visit the first Banana World in Gran Canaria and the only one in all the Canary Islands that has 30 different varieties of banana trees from all over the world.

Learn all about the cultivation on a guided tour of the farm Hacienda La ReKompensa. You'll visit a Canarian house dating back to 1804, which has been completely restored to its original architecture.

Taste a selection of handmade banana-based and locally-made products, such as jams, banana wine, and banana-based cosmetics.

Hacienda La ReKompensa is open every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may arrive whenever you prefer during this time and you will receive a guided tour upon arrival (there will be guided tours every 30 minutes)

Die Führung war interessant. Auf der Tui-App wird leider nur Spanisch als Sprache angeboten. Zum Glück war der Guide vor Ort flexibel, und sprach Englisch. Für die Kinder wäre Deutsch natürlich besser gewesen.
