After a short 20-minute boat ride from Corralejo. As there are no shops on the island, remember to bring food, water, sunscreen, and anything else you'll need for a day in this sun-soaked environment.
The path to El Puertito, an old fishing village near a white sand beach, is to the right of the harbor. To the left lies the island's only beach, "La Concha," perfect for swimming or sunbathing. For a more adventurous experience, you can hike to the top of "La Caldera," the island's highest peak, which takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes for the round trip. If you wish to explore the entire island, the walk will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
