Pick up your tickets by showing your voucher at the Will Call Counter located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall at any time before your visit.

for your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
during high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues. Please note: this ticket does not allow you to skip the line at the elevator
infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge

Wir hatten um 11 Uhr ein Ticket waren aber bereits um 10.30 dort, war kein langes anstehend und auch so war es nicht sehr voll.
