Are you ready to discover the magical city of Chania? During this trip you will explore the former Cretan capital, the nicest town on the island and, at least, one of the most amazing towns in Greece. With its good 4000 years Chania is the oldest city in Europe.
Your trip will start from Rethymno around 8.30am – 9am with a personalized pick-up and after one hour you will arrive in Chania. Chania is surrounded by numerous rich options for sightseeing, exploration and of course shopping. The Chania harbor is wonderful and at any time of day the light produces a different result, creating a "different place". This is the best chance to see some old buildings - of Venetian and Turkish design, that Crete once had across the island - many have since been destroyed by the ravages of war and plunder.
You will spend 5 hours of free time for a romantic walk through the idyllic old town, exploring the Venetian harbor, roam through the old Turkish quarters, have a meal or shopping. Around 5.30pm you will return to Rethymno.
