As one of the largest islands in the Caribbean, Jamaica packs a punch in the natural beauty stakes. On this trip, you'll get to visit two of her knockout spots in just one day. Make a Tarzan-like rope swing splash into the exotic Blue Hole springs before making the trek up Dunn's River Falls – the nation's number one natural attraction.

We kick off with a drive through lush green landscapes to a true Instagram hotspot – the Blue Hole. Explore a nearby cave, swing like Tarzan into one of three pools, and enjoy a cool swim in this mineral spring. After a delicious local lunch, we'll head to Dunn's River Falls – one of the stars of Bond film Dr. No.

Admire the 180-metre-high staircase of rock with water thundering down it and you can follow your guide to the top. Luckily, it's an easy scramble to the summit and anyone from toddlers to seniors, can have a go. But, if you don't fancy the climb, you can follow the trails either side or stay at the base relaxing in the tropical surroundings. Thrill-seekers will love this one.

Absolutely amazing trip, you need to be good with heights and have a level of fitness. Lots of fun for all the family. You need water shoes pretty much everywhere in Jamica so is recommend bringing some.

Both tours were fab, our guide was amazing. The main downside for us was that it was quite a distance away, so we spent more time on the bus than at the tours, although that is no fault of TUI's

The staff at dunns river falls were amazing and felt very safe the whole time The staff at the blue hole were not so great i fell over and hurt my leg at the end the staff were very pushy demanding a tip even got on our bus telling husband to get off the bus to confront him The journey was long and bus was uncomfortable But we enjoyed our day out and made some amazing memories

Great tour guide on the bus. The staff at both blue hole and Dunns river falls, were exceptional, they were continuously monitoring our safety whilst having fun and making a fab experience. I was too scared to jump at blue lagoon initially, but one of the tour guides jumped in with me. You definitely need anti slip water shoes, and a water proof phone case to take photos as you will want your phone to take photos. You can buy these en route as there is a toilet stop.

These communities preserved their African roots – the Maroon culture is known for vibrant music, dance, storytelling, herbal medicine, and cuisine."Our first stop is at Sun Valley Plantation, a cute little farm where you'll stroll through gardens to look at tropical flowers and taste some of the fruits and vegetables that're grown here. You'll also see how the locals have farmed here for generations. Afterwards, you'll head to the Charles Town Basic School, a small school at the heart of the Charles Town Maroon community. Then, you'll visit the Charles Town Maroon Museum – home to a wealth of artifacts, including traditional clothing, weaponry, and musical instruments. You'll learn about the Maroons' long struggle for freedom and their important role in Jamaica's history. Following the trails, you'll hear all about the traditions and techniques of coffee growing in this region – and why its beans are some of the most sought-after – and expensive – in the world. Marcus, a local guide, explains “the Blue Mountains are special, not just for their beauty, but for what they give the farming community. The high altitude, the cool climate and the rich soil are a dream for coffee growers.” The trail will take you on a leisurely trek up the mountain, past small family-owned coffee farms. Here, you'll learn more about how farmers have been harvesting ripe coffee cherries by hand, to create the mild, fruity and sweet flavour of Blue Mountain coffee, since the 18th-century. And the scenery here is pretty historic, too, like something out of Jurassic Park – think thick green rainforest dotted with waterfalls, valleys and misty mountain peaks. You'll want to keep your phone handy for pics.After a little over two miles of walking, you'll be rewarded with a cooling dip in the Blue Mountains Whirlpool. Marcus adds “don't worry – it's a deep rocky pool with a waterfall flowing into it – not a swirling vortex! It's locally known as the Fountain of Youth, so come swim off a few years.” Round off the tour by making a lasting impact on the local greenery. You'll plant a tree as part of a programme to support reforestation and sustainable farming in this part of Jamaica.
