Was fantastic trip overall and was explained by the two reps at rui cancun David and Isabel perfectly to our group of 21, they helped organise our excursions for our large group and did an amazing job helping us! I liked how the experience took place with a small group (my family of 3, plus another family of 8). This created an intimate experience with both families getting along very well. The staff were fantastic and ensured that each member of the group were taken care of. Our tour began with the ATVs (and yes we took the optional insurance) which was great fun. The zip lining on the 7 lines above the jungle was exhilarating, just took many steps!. The cenote was beautiful.

The travel was a little worrying as the driver was facetiming while we were on the highway however all the activities were great the only thing that looked off is seeing the nails sticking out of the towers but to be honest is added to it

Overall a great excursion from start to finish. Long journey time but was worth it. Food was good. Photos were expensive, but just as you would expect and not actual photos but downloads so for what I paid for was poor as you wouldn't probably use all that you get.
