    What a fantastic adventure, we had the gold package and it was worth every penny . Our driver was jolly and on time. But the highlight was the Dolphins, Rodney the trainer was amazing, you could see his love and care for the Dolphins. We had great interaction on a 1 2 1 basis, fantastic memories, great photos included in the package. If there was a downside , there wasn't much else to do after, which was a shame. But overall 10/10 for the Dolphin experience. Thank you Tui.

    Tui were absolutely atrocious, the app played up of the morning we were due to go saying it was cancelled and it wasn’t giving me any details so we didn’t go then when I contacted the team they refused any sort of refund

    Driver was polite, funny and helpful. Dolphin Cove was just amazing. Staff were brilliant. Swimming with the dolphins was out of this world. The dolphin trainers are so knowledgeable. I just wish I could have stayed all day.

    Absolutely dream experience, all staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to our Trainer who made me feel safe and gave me the best experience, the dolphins were amazing !! I’ve left a part of my heart with them. Our photographer was also great , she captured each moment and I will treasure these pictures
