The driver will be waiting for you at Parking Kiss & Ride (2 Wielopole Street) next to the Main Post Office (Poczta Glowna). Please, arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the starting time.

Know in advance:

  • All participants must provide their full name and contact details at the time of booking. Please ensure that the name on your ID exactly matches the name provided at the booking to avoid issues at the entrance
  • The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program. Departures from Krakow may take place in the following hours: 6.00am - 1.00pm
  • All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds
  • The allowed dimensions of a bag you can take with you are 30x20x10 (A4 size). You will be asked to leave your bigger belongings in the car (they will be locked and supervised by the driver)
  • Please bear in mind that there are hundreds of tourists visiting the museum every day and keeping your own pace of sightseeing is not possible
  • Not recommended for children aged 14 and under. Please bring your own child seat or child sling when travelling with a child
  • Students (age 13-26) must have a valid ID
  • Standard group size in the museum with 1 guide (if not specified in the options) is up to 30 people. For the small group option, it's up to 15 people

Remember to bring:

  • Please, wear comfortable shoes and also take an umbrella or a raincoat as the majority of the tour will take part outside
  • There is a 15-minute break during the tour, remember to bring a sandwich and water with you

    De organisatie Hello Crakow was zeer stipt bij het oppikken , heel vriendelijk en een zeer duidelijke uitleg! ook de gidsen waren zeer vriendelijk, spraken duidelijk Engels en gaven een heldere uitleg waar nodig. Er is ter plaatse een restaurant waar je iets kan kopen om te eten en te drinken. Je kan kiezen uit zowel warme gerechten alsook uit broodjes. Dit is wel iets duurder in aankoop.

    Wycieczka bardzo dobrze zorganizowana. Bez kolejek i stresu.Nie bylo zadnych opóznien. Kierowca z duzym doswiadczeniem, zapewnial bezpieczny transport. Autobus bardzo czysty i komfortowy.

    Gids was goed. Het tijd stip van ophalen met de bus was bij de boeking afgesproken tijd 9.15 uur maar werd vreemd genoeg naar 12.40 verzet. Als je zelf een redelijk strakke planning hebt is dit op zijn zachts gezegd heel vervelend. Stel voor dat je een vlucht hebt om 20.00 uur hoe dan?
