With the Hamburg Card, you benefit from special discounts at over 150 partners in the city and can explore the Nordic metropolis comfortably, flexibly and inexpensively. In addition to Alster and city tours, this card also includes discounts for popular attractions and numerous museums. Enjoy also the free use of public transport.

You can either print out the voucher, which you'll receive via email after the purchase, or you can download on your phone the official "Hamburg - Experiences and Savings" app, following the information you'll find on the voucher. If you use the App, you must validate your Hamburg card on the App, before using it.

You don't have to redeem your Hamburg CARD at Tourist Information. Just print your booked Hamburg CARD or Integrate the Hamburg Card into the app, using the booking number or the QR code.

The individual ticket can be used by 1 adult and up to 3 children (ages 0-14)
Ticket options: 1-day ticket, 2-day ticket, 3-day ticket, 4-day ticket, 5-day ticket
Free use of buses, trains, and harbour ferries in the Hamburg Transport Association (HVV). Valid for Hamburg fare rings AB, including Airport
Valid until closing of business (at 6.00 am on the following day) on the days you booked, for as many rides as you like in 2nd class
Groups always have to travel together when using public transport in order to use the Hamburg CARD as your valid transportation ticket
