- You can't wear suncream or tanning products during the dolphin program, since some of the chemicals in them could be harmful to the animals
- Jewellery or accessories that can easily come off aren't allowed to be worn during the dolphin program
- Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin program
- We recommend bring some cash with you so you can buy photos or souvenirs
- This experience is recommended for anyone who has heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, takes heart medication. Anyone concerned about their physical condition or medical history should consult their physician before taking part in any strenuous activity
- In accordance with Article 60 of the Q. Roo Finance Law, a state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person (ages six and up) must be paid at check-in for activities involving dolphins

The Castillo might be the most famous, but there are plenty of other ancient Mayan ruins to explore, such as the Temple of the Descending God and the Temple of the Frescoes.'The marvels of the Mayan culture will be revealed on your guided tour around Tulum. You'll learn about it's past as a walled city, and its former role as a trading hub. After the tour you'll have free time to explore at your leisure.
