Retken kuvaus

Ruben, yksi paikallisista asiantuntijaoppaistamme, sanoo: "Valmistaudu oppimaan ponchan valmistuksen salaisuudet. Poncha on saarelaisten rakastama juoma, joka valmistetaan sokeriruokorommista, tuoreesta mehusta ja paikallisesta hunajasta. Aloitat retken Ponta do Solista, ja 1400 metrin korkeudella merenpinnan yläpuolella sijaitsevasta Paul da Serrasta, josta avautuvat upeat näkymät etelärannikolle. To wrap up your tour, we'll visit São Vicente to meet an organic honey producer. Here, you'll learn all about honey production, and you'll try your hand at making Madeira's traditional drink, poncha.
