Retken kuvaus

Tällä retkellä on kaikkea: aurinkoa, uimista, virvokkeita ja Kyproksen upeimpia rannikkomaisemia. Seilaat Limassolin vanhasta satamasta kohti saaren eteläkärkeä rentoutuen yhdessä rakkaittesi kanssa tällä leppoisalla katamaraaniristeilyllä.

Nouse kyytiin Limassolissa ja heittäydy loikoilemaan kannelle tai makuuverkolle ja parantele rusketustasi. Kapteeni ja miehistö ottavat suunnan kohti etelää ja Cape Gata'a eikä sinun tarvitse koko päivänä liikauttaa sormeasikaan. Lisäksi saatavilla on paikallisia virvokkeita, kuten mehuja, viiniä ja olutta, joita voit nautiskella ihaillessasi muuttuvia maisemia.

Southern Nicosia walking tour with a local guide

See the sights of southern Nicosia, the last divided capital in the world, on this guided walking tour. Your first stop is St John's Cathedral, built in the Franco-Byzantine style unique to Cyprus, with a simple brick exterior. The inside, however, tells a completely different story, with its ornate chandeliers and gilded woodwork showing off 18th century Cypriot craftsmanship . Afterwards, you'll visit the Cyprus Folk Art Museum, housed in the old Archbishopric Palace. Next, you'll enter the Venetian city walls to stroll through Laiki Geitonia. Here, you can get a feel for the old Nicosia as you tour the winding streets – you'll feel like you're visiting a little village rather than the heart of a city as you pass by all the traditionally restored houses. Stroll along with your guide and listen to tales of the city's history before some free time to have lunch and a wander around the shops on Ledra Street – named after the ancient kingdom of Ledra, which was located where Nicosia now stands.

Akrotiri Bay Buggy Tour from Limassol

The Akrotiri peninsula is your stomping ground on this thrilling three-hour buggy tour from Limassol. You'll see lots of local landmarks and even rev it up on a motocross track. The experience has the added exoticism of taking place mostly in the United Kingdom, as Akrotiri is British sovereign territory.The fun kicks off after a safety briefing, with a ride to the famous Lady's Mile Beach, on the east coast of the peninsula. You'll then cut inland and skirt the shoreline of Limassol Salt Lake. After roaming through the motocross track, you'll spot the dinky 13th century Holy Monastery of St Nicholas of the Cats among the orchards.It soon gets really dusty and dirty as you rumble over the Sand Hills en route to turtle nesting beaches. Next up is a photo stop at the rusting hulk of the Akrotiri shipwreck before zooming on to Kourion beach for the tour's finale.
