Greeted at Heraklion Airport's departure terminal, the VIP service sees you sail through check-in and security with our fast track pass – giving you more time to take advantage of the comfortable VIP lounge and all its benefits.

Inside, you've access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks, as well as selected alcoholic beverages too. What's more, there's unlimited free Wi-Fi and access to TV, magazines and newspapers, allowing you to relax right up to take off.

Die Mitarbeiter haben ihre Arbeit gut gemacht. Der Flughafen und auch die Lounge sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

52.- für Erwachsene finde ich überteuert. Zwischen 35-40.- Euro würden auch reichen. Essen, Trinken war alles ok und sehr gut! Die Möbel waren/sind schon sehr abgenutzt, zerissen und auf den Bänken lag bzw. klebt Schmutz/ Essensreste in den Ritzen.

Die Geschwindigkeit über die Kofferaufgabe und die Sicherheitskontrolle bis in die VIP-Lounge war extrem gut. Selten habe ich es so schnell erlebt. Die VIP-Lounge benötigt dringend eine Toilette.

Wir haben nach Ankunft am Airport ca. 50 Minuten gewartet bis uns ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen hat. Absolute Unterbesetzung bei den Mitarbeitern . Eine nette TUI Mitarbeiterin sagte uns, dass seit einiger Zeit die Beschwerden hierüber massiv zugenommen hätten. Ich habe diesen Dienst vor einigen Monaten schon einmal in Anspruch genommen, da klappte es reibungslos.

Wir schätzen es, bevorzug durch den Check In Prozess und die Sicherheitsbereich zu kommen. Die Lounge sieht ganz schön „gerockt“ aus. Das Mobiliar hat reichlich Macken und ist unbequem. Es war sehr voll. Es gab viel zu wenig Steckdosen. Essen und Trinken war okay. WLAN lief stabil. Es ist bedauerlich, dass es kein WC gibt. Die öffentlichen Toiletten sind gruselig (wie der gesamte Flughafen). Dennoch ist man am Ende froh, in der Lounge und nicht außerhalb zu sein.
